Equipped with full servo feeding & PLC intelligent control system, this hook forming machine supports wire range from 1.2mm to 4.5mm, compatible with regular J hook, eye hook and special-shaped hanger hooks.
Our core developed Hanger Hook Forming Machine covers multiple production demands including Automatic Hook Bending Machine, Metal Hook Manufacturing Machine, Wire Hook Making Machine and conventional Hook Making Machine. Production speed reaches 12–18 pcs per minute with finished product tolerance within ±0.1mm, effectively lowering reject rate below 0.8% compared with traditional semi-auto equipment.
